Great selection of desserts. The place has a lovely ambience to it, a great place to grab something to eat if you have a sweet tooth. It is also a nice plane to go on a date. However, customer service could be improved but other than that it’s a lovely place.

The best dessert place in Lancaster, I have visited one of there branch in castle had a bad experience. But here staff is friendly, and have very good customer service. I would recommend everyone to visit this place once u will not leave it forever😊😊😊😊
Puddings where amazing. Shame about the staff. The guy who took us to our table threw the menus down didnt even speak to us, then when I went to the counter to order another guy was texting on his phone looked at me then carried on texting. Kapas is having a rapid downfall. I ordered a strawberry smoothie and it had no flavour at only tasted of crushed up ice and when i complained at the till they said they use natural ingredients, however, last time i ordered the same smoothie it had much more sweetness and flavour. do better kaspas.
