Great place for a date and casual meetings as well. Love all their coffees and toasties. Hot chocolate is a must have. Lots of seating available
This was a fabulous coffee shop to sit in at, where the options are presented strongly on electronic screens! I was served by the friendly staff in due time, who gave me a piping hot Caramel Latte. The seating was comfortable at a decent-sized table and it also had convenience, providing views of Lancaster city. Cleanliness was maintained throughout the shop, but I don't see the need for covid screens in usage still.
Staff friendly, store clean, just had two iced drinks, pleased.

Had a little pit stop in Costa. Well needed in between all the shopping. The store is in a great location, easily accessible and the staff were lovely. Would definitely visit again.
Great and convenient place for a coffee shop. They have great drinks. My favourite is the salted caramel frostino.

With each Costa Coffee being pretty much the same, this one was no different. Staff obviously change from place to place and they often make the big difference. On this occasion they were very polite, helpful and smiled!
Very helpful staff and a good Americano with milk. I think the almond and raspberry slices are getting smaller, though.
