I no longer live within the area (been away for a year) but when I come to visit my family in Lancaster and we get a takeaway we always opt for it to be from here. It has been a family takeaway favourite since I can remember (the age of five I'm now 26) and can guarantee it is outstanding, great service, great food and for the quality of food.....greatly priced. What a great place!! Cheery, polite and welcoming customer service (the likes of which I've never experienced from a take-away service before!) combined with exceptional food-fresh, light and full of flavour! We went to Pepe Rosso because we were told it was the best pizza place in Lancaster and it more than lived up to this monicker. The menu is incredibly varied, with so many pizza choices it’s hard to pick. There are plenty of vegetarian options and they have vegan cheese upon request, too. There are also a great selection of starters to choose from - my personal favourite being the Brie wedges which are amazingly crispy. The jalapeño bites are also fantastic.
The pizzas are thin and crispy with clearly freshly made dough and high quality ingredients. Every pizza I have had from Pepe Rosso has tasted amazing. The prices are really reasonable for what you get.
The staff are friendly and food is always ready in a timely manner. We have always collected although delivery is available.

We were recommended this place recently by a friend as one of the best pizza places around - we tried and were not disappointed. I went in and ordered two large pizzas, and was only waiting for fifteen minutes before I left with delicious pizza. The quality is excellent and there is a lot of choice, plus you can add and remove toppings as you fancy. I've been back several times since and each time have been served courteously and received my food quickly. An excellent takeaway I'd recommend to anyone looking for high-quality pizza.
Best pizza in Lancaster as far as we and our friends are concerned.. and I know my ZA. Order early to avoid disappointment they sell out a lot. Top quality toppings, and amazing Bianco (white sauce pizzas) my gf is addicted to.
This place won't be so cheap for long, this is the standard one would expect in a 5🌟gourmet Italian restaurant. Honestly the crust is phenomenal they must be using the best wheat. Phenomenal pizza
