Love volunteering here, although I fall in love with the dogs and cats on a regular basis!

Really caring staff and volunteers. Animals are so well looked after and loved. We have 2 beautiful male cats from them and our family is complete!
Wonderful place, yummy food and cakes,great second hand shop and above all they absolutely adore all the lovely rescue animals and do such an amazing job 😀
Excellent animal shelter with great caring staff. About 5 months ago I got my new BFF from here. He's settling well and over the past months I've seen some really good changes in his behaviour and in him in general. I can't thank the staff at animal care enough for how well they looked after him while he waited for his forever home. Can't recommend animal care highly enough.
Welcoming and friendly staff. Absolutely scrummy cakes to choose from. I also bought some fresh eggs. Will be visiting there again soon.
Fantastic home for all types of creatures, the staff are second to none. Love the cafe and the food they have,which is home made. Worth a visit!!!
Fab home made food. Open 7 days a week. And you can take your dog in. Check out the charity shop too!
Pets for rehoming can be viewed on the website. There are no arrangements for those wanting a look around. If you're interested in adopting an animal you've seen online you need to come to the desk in the lower building.
Wonderful place. All the staff I've met are super friendly and are obviously passionate about what they do. After doing an induction session you can call in any day during opening times and walk any of the dogs around the site, which is quite large and has a few paddocks where you can let them off the lead.
Excellent cafe and facility all manned by volunteers.

Such a sweet place! Visited this weekend for afternoon tea and was blown away by the quality and value😍 we had the option that was completely vegan, and it had loads of choice... And the best mince pie I've ever had!
Animals were all very friendly, and well looked after! 10/10💛 Can't wait to be back soon x

Animal Care's cafe is the Badminton group's go-to place for lunch and being fairly small you might want to come early! Simple (is a little unfair) cafe food, freshly prepared and very tasty. Even better are the prices, very reasonable, get yourself up there!

Friendly staff. The place is huge, so much bigger than you would imagine. There's a lovely little cafe with seating indoors and out. Well worth a visit if you're looking for a new pet, or want to donate/help out.

Great cafe with brilliant cakes. Sells items and why not volunteer to walk the dogs. Nice area to spend time and lots of wildlife.
