I'm not a regular and only come in for breakfast maybe 3 or 4 times a year, but the it's always the same man behind the bar and who serves me as well, I think he's the manager. His customer service is one of the best I've ever experienced, considering the limitations of taking an order and bringing it out. Really friendly, and makes you feel very welcome. Most importantly, extremely consistent! The same service every time for the past 5 years I've been occasionally attending Credit to the team

Nice atmosphere, plenty of seats . We chose traditional and small breakfast for four of us and coffees. It cost only under £20 for all of us and needless to say it’s tasty and economical. There are plenty of choices for beer , lager , isle etc . No on-site parking but paid parking available in 5-10 min walk . It situated near the high street and neat and clean with very friendly staff.

All the same, quick service, godd price, still, considering the cost of living. The only thing I could add is the employers, as they could have bit more attention to detail, as this time, one lady came to our table about 3 times, bring the food and drinks , and didn't take the dirty dishes from previous customers. ...

Nice bar. Ordered via the app, the drinks arrived in good time. Quite busy but tables cleared once customers left. You know what you are getting with Spoons and this bat is no different. Relaxed atmosphere.

Good quality food at a great price. Ordered off the app and had really good service. Pleasant staff and we noted that the tables were actually tidied and cleaned within minutes of people leaving which was a first for us to see in a wetherspoons, and we have visited lots over the years on our travels around the UK. Well done to all the team at Lancaster. 👏👏

Ordered a pint of real ale on the app to save queuing at a crowded bar. Unfortunately, 10 minutes later the crowd had all been served and I still had no pint. It had been left on the bar for one of the staff to bring out. It didn’t happen and had been on the bar long enough for it needling to be topped up. I wouldn’t normally trust drinking something that had been lying around. However it was topped up and served to me. Nice beer though and only £2.46 a pint. I went to the bar for my next one.

Loved the food per usual. Standard wetherspoons quality. I always go for the Wiltshire cured ham, egg and chips and I'm always satisfied with my meal. The drinks and food came very quickly and we had very friendly and excellent service from a young gentleman. I was only slightly disappointed to see there wasn't a designated smoking area on site where as any other wetherspoons I have been to has one. Other than that, Great place to visit for some lunch or dinner out in Lancaster.

Nice Wetherspoons. Clean and modern inside. Plenty of seating. Also seems cheaper than most we've been in. Everything across the board from hot drinks to food seems a bit cheaper than the Wetherspoons we usually go to. Used the app to order and did take about ten minutes for our drinks to arrive though.

Good service and prices you can expect from all typical weatherspoons. Always value for money 💰, nice breakfast and the unlimited tea and coffee was a must. Plenty of TV's on with various sports playing.

Its a Wetherspoons, cheap beer, cheap customers and in this case staff which seem very miserable. Ok if you come in for a cheap drink and can even order on the app so no contact at all except when the young lad grunts as he delivers your pint to your table.

Packed all the time but a decent affordable meal. Lack of craft ales and awful whisky selection but can't complain for a weatherspoons.
