Good location, close to secure parking. Great bar and choice of real ales,gins. Exceptional staff, every one of them from booking in at reception to bar staff to staff in the morning serving a fantastic breakfast. We would highly recommend this place. Tip- book direct through the hotels website for free breakfast instead of your search engine discount sites😉
This is one of my favourite places in the world...we’ve stayed a few times before and this place holds some very special memories for us. This trip was booked as a surprise - such a relaxing and friendly place, service is impeccable and the food is outstanding. We had a deli board both nights and I could have eaten about 20 portions of the whitebait. The breakfast is exceptional and the staff are so lovely 😊 a really relaxing stay, can’t thank you enough for such a lovely time. We'll deffo be back. 😍😍😍
Central location staff very friendly courteous and helpful regarding local attractions taxis trains etc, had the best full English breakfast cooked to order on our first morning and the next day had the best eggs benedict ever and had evening meal which also didn't disappoint, rooms very clean, spacious and plenty of storage would stay again when visiting Lancaster
