Received a very unexpected phone call today from Medusa. There was an issue with our recent takeaway order and they phoned to apologise and to say that they would be sending some complimentary food. As you can see from the photos, this looked and tasted delicious. Really appreciate the after care service. Thank you!
Second visit. The food was just alright. Felt a little less flavourful and lacked something.

With creamy chicken in sauce and rice they had a good selection of drinks . Really nice atmosphere. They had loads off offers on for in the week and weekend my was 16 pounds for 2 courses the cocktails was a bit pricey at £9.99 but still nice beers where and £6 a pint
Been here a few times because my daughter likes it. Always at lunch time and almost always we are only customers. Food is nice. We often have the "platters". Just I'm always still hungry when we leave and it's expensive enough and they hammer you on extras like bread and drink.
Just had a lovely meal at Medusa in Lancaster. Service was polite and efficient. Food was absolutely beautiful, lots of flavour, cooked really nicely and was also a very good price too!!
Ordered their seafood platter and meaty pizza (chicken, pepperoni, lamb) along with sides, and was really impressed. This was a home delivery, food arrived in about 40 minutes, pizza was just divine, garlic bread wonderfully fluffy, and the seafood was according to my partner, delicious.
We'll be making a booking soon for an actual meal in the restaurant. But yes, seriously tasty food at reasonable prices!
Had a lovely lunch here. Only had the lentil soup but it came with freshly made bread. The £6 even included a coffee/tea or soft drink. Very tasty and very friendly helpful staff, highly recommended.
Excellent place! I cannot believe the absolutely amazing service we got there today. It was my little sister's birthday and they celebrated with us by singing whole heartedly and giving us a complimentary dessert as well ❤️. The food was amazingly delicious.
The menu has plenty of options for everyone (vegan, gf, kids menu etc). I had medusa mex salad and kunefe, both are my favorite dishes here, quick service, kind staff.
Lovely warm welcome. Quick service and fantastic food. We enjoyed the lunchtime menu which had lots of choice and much welcomed.
We came here for Valentines day. The food was great, very tasty!! The staff here are so friendly and accomodating! We got 3 courses each and a glass of champagne for £30 each which i thought was a good deal. Nice atmosphere, Couldn't find any faults at all :) Would certainly recommend. Initially they missed our booking,then they could fit us in upstairs(no one else upstairs) The food was ok,but I find expensive for the quantity.

Just had lunch here. Really great food, fantastic and friendly service. Wide choices too. Toilets are really nice and clean aswell - always a good sign of a well run business.
