Stopped for a bite to eat and a coffee after traveling. Had a beautiful flat white (forgot to take a picture before I sipped it 🤦) and a delicious thick cut bacon roll! Staff were super friendly and took great pride in their work. Even took a cheeky couple of cakes to snack on after which were lush
Absolutely perfect... The food was top quality, full of flavour and we got a real good portion. The staff were fast, friendly and really helpful. We happened across this place by accident but will definitely be recommending it to family and friends. See you guys super soon x
Good place to relax and watch the world go by. Nice coffee and cakes and a small choice of light bite meals. Owners have done well to rebuild after a fire in 2016 and the atmosphere is again good in the cafe. The homemade ice cream remains the star.
We bought some Conti ice-cream, and it was soooo good we went to Lampeter to find Conti's Cafe, we weren't disappointed!! If I lived nearer I would be here every day. Amazing hot chocolate, delicious food - all sourced locally - and ice cream to die for. The chairs are comfy, the staff are friendly and efficient and nothing is too much trouble.

A lady in a wheelchair came in and staff were quick to help move a chair for her. Very pleasant helpful staff.

Staff nice. Not suitable for children as no children's menu. Clean cafe and loo, but loo upstairs. Food was very tasty, although what I would have prefered from menu was not available. But would go again minus baby.
Delicious flavour combos. Green machine smoothie is top notch. Lemon tarragon chicken is scrumptious. Great atmosphere, lovely staff.
This is my idea of heaven. The avacado salad was basically perfect, top that with the cheesy toast with lots of melted cheese, and a pot of Welsh tea, then follow through with a malt milkshake on the side. Perfect.
