The Cornerstone Cafe - Lacock - Photo album

Stopped by here for a coffee as I completed my walk around Lacock, we had a piece of traditional Victoria sandwich it was very good. Young staff but reasonably good and enjoyable unfortunately we pitched up late
A nice little cafe with a good selection of cakes and light lunches. I had a jacket potatoe with tuna and mayonnaise for lunch today and a cappuccino and both was very nice. The cafe has seating inside and outside and is just opposite the main entrance to Lacock Abbey.
I would like to thank the 2 National Trust ladies in helping me when I felt ill. I think the heat got to me. I was given a chair in the shade, water and a cold damp cloth to cool me down. My husband and I were very grateful.
Friendly atmosphere with cute decor. This however was not enough to wash out the mediocre coffee.
Nice clean cafe and plenty of seating inside and out, ice cream parlour adjoining the cafe. It does get very busy weekends!
Typical National Trust Café, Still can't seem to handle the Coffee making they should take a leaf from Costa
Nice cafe in laycock. Seating both inside and out. Can get busy on sunny days , holidays and weekends. Serves good coffees, cakes and savouries like the smaller size pasty. Parking on site or in the National Trust carpark
The scones and the Coffee were really good As well as the vegan potato with coleslaw The service was really good and friendly
Only soya milk as cow's milk alternative, staff ok, outdoor seating great, but only a few tables in the shade, busy 3pm Wednesday, beginning of August, imagine what's it like on weekends 😀
Great choice of food on offer from pastries to cakes and baked potato’s or wedges. Had two cappuccino and a tea which was a little too hot causing the cup to melt and deform slightly.
This was a great place for ice cream on the hottest day of the year. The prices were very good with choice of cone or cup. There were 8 or 10 flavours on offer, all unique and ones I had not seen before, such as 'under the sea' which was a mix of blueberry and raspberry with chocolate chunks, and bl
This was popular today, due to the warm weather and their iced coffee. This café is an oddity, in that it's in a Pub carpark. There is a neighbouring hatch serving icecream, but it's entirely unclear whether it's the same business or not, especially as the café also sells the same brand of icecream.
Lovely Victoria Sponge though the takeaway cups are coated in plastic rather than more sustainable options. You can taste the plastic in your tea.
Lovely little place to chill out after a walk in Lacock or countryside. Has all that one would need, refreshments, picnic tables, picnic area, toilets. The pub is only few steps away if someone fancies a pint or some food. There's a playground too for the younger children to relax while the grownups
Best brownie I ever had. Greetings from Argentina
Just the ticket for an enjoyable cuppa and a snack/meal after a stroll around the Lacock Estate. Lovely home made food reasonably priced. Bit of a queue to get in, due to the location of the door relative to the food cabinet. Friendly staff. Can get quite busy at peak times.
Sausage rolls had been in the heater for too long. Teeth breaking pastry. High standard otherwise.
