Awesome place to stay, lots of history around the town and in the pub. The room we stayed in was fantastic, the only downside was the bathroom needs some love and is not ideal for anyone of 6ft but this is more than understandable considering the age of the building! Didnt stay in a room so can't comment. Always love coming here but it needs a little more care and attention as there were some dirty tables and the service for drinks was slow. The food looked good and the staff were friendly.
