Food is always good. I’ve had hot food as well as chilled sandwiches. Customer service is always welcoming and friendly . Love the choice of fresh food and choice of cakes
When they first opened it was a bit bumpy. It didn't taste great or was a bit cold and off. *BUT* now they have been open awhile it tastes like any other greggs its great and if you're in the area why not treat yourself.
The staff aren't very socialable but being unloquacious doesn't mean bad customer service.
