Called in for Sunday lunch. Was one of the best roast dinners we have had for some time. Very good portion sizes, very reasonable priced. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the chefs obviously are very good. Despite it being very busy, we did not have to wait long to be seated. Whilst waiting we had a look round the very impressive shop. All excellent and we will most definitely be returning very soon.
Fabulous Summer Soirée held here this week for our Gascoigne Halman annual doo! The Lambing Shed proved to be a perfect venue, staff were very attentive, food and drinks were great, gorgeous little place and now with the extra cover outside ideal for any occasion. Our band Taylor Mcabe were fabulous, the hog roast was superb, all in all a great event, we could of stayed all night dancing! Thanking you to all your staff for making it so special.
After doing a stressful wedding cake delivery we called into the Lambing shed for breakfast delicious food, great service fantastic coffee #refuel #manchestercakeco

If you have not visited it yet do so and you will not be disappointed.Vivien and all of my friends.
First visit yesterday for lunch and we really enjoyed our sirloin steaks and desert. The staff were very good and we loved the shop will be going back again
Amazing breakfast as usual here at the lambing shed, one of my most favourite parts of my weekend, all the staff are so lovely happy and attentive, food is fantastic, all home made and fresh, a big menu, and a specials board too, the shop is full of lovely gifts, produce and much more -
I can't wait to go again amazing food and very friendly staff. It's fresh and fab
Great food, lovely staff and a really nice little place to visit .
Been wanting to visit the Lambing Shed for a while now, finally went last week. It has a lovely, but rather expensive farm shop that sells a wide variety of things! A deli counter, a butcher, fresh bread, gifts for people and pets! We didn’t mind the price of things, just forewarning visitors! We had lunch in the cafe, again that wasn’t cheap for ‘lunch’ .. Overall a nice place to go for a lovely lunch!
Lovely place. Worth visiting if you are driving on M6. Very spacious, clean and nice atmosphere. Really enjoyed the food. Fairly priced and fair portion size.
Friendly staff. I ordered the wrong drink and they kindly changed it. They have a lovely farm shop as well. I can recommend it to anyone and also to families as they have lots of space to accommodate.
We had a table for 8 and the food, staff and service was excellent, the farm shop had some amazing produce and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended
Absolutely love this place!
Been going here for several years now and never been disappointed in either the cafe or the shop.
Their roast dinners on a Sunday are the best I have ever had, wonderful meat and amazing veg that actually tastes like it should.
As for the butchery counter, well, my favourite is a T-Bone steak and oh are they amazing too.
The staff are all fantastic, so helpful and lovely.
I 100% recommend The Lambing Shed and will be visiting again soon
Lovely little farm shop with a really nice cafe attached. Produce is pricey but the meat (if you eat it) seems more reasonable. The cafe was the highlight for me, especially the chutneys that came with the meals. Staff were lovely. Slight wait for meals but well worth it for the taste.
You really need to taste their beef especially if you've only ever tasted supermarket beef. All the food was cooked perfectly
Brilliant food in the cafe , really top quality . Had the beef and mushroom pie which was so tasty . My wife had chicken wrap . Lovely again . Next time must try the hake which looked fantastic . Lovely farm shop attached with deli and butchers which again all looked so good ! Also nice play area for children . Well worth a visit and will be returning very soon .
it was really good service and the are quick to give you your food and it is grate we it is Halloween season because there is pumpkins and a boo barn with pigs and sheep and it is so good i will be coming back soon thank :)
Made the 12 mile cycle here just based off the pictures and I was not disappointed. Staff were all really friendly, the coffee and cake were amazing. I will defiantly be making the trip again soon
Absolutely beautiful coffee shop, best I’ve been too in a long time.
My new recording studio was literally 5 mins away, so popped in for a relaxing coffee.
The lady on the desert counter recommended my daughter’s creations go in the shop too, please send myself your email address and I will be more than happy to send her beautiful loving creations over, especially floppy the bunny 🐰 rabbit that she literally took 8 hours to make by hand yesterday.
Keep shining ✨
God bless you all

This experience was nice! The fish and chips were crispy, the meat was amazingly cooked, mac and cheese was well done and flavorful. They sell fresh milk, gardening seeds, fresh squeezed orange juice, etc. The view is beautiful and admirable. I would recommend this experience and will definitely be coming back next time.
Delicious food! You can tell they use quality ingredients and lovely service. In the cafe they offer colouring for the kids which is nice. The only feedback is the children’s books could do with a-bit of a wipe down. Great place to visit.
We decided to try this place as an alternative to the M6 service stations which are always crazy busy and stupidly expensive. We loved the rural location and the vibe. Food was great, staff very personable and, if you have the time and can be bothered to add a short journey onto the motorway drag, then this is a great way to do it.
Our brunch was really lovely but I have to query whether paying £1.75 for a side of black pudding is value for money when you get one very thin sliver of it! It is absolutely beautiful black pudding but when a full breakfast is £13.95 how can £1.75 for a tiny slice of black pudding is an insult. See my photo to indicate the size of this side portion
Lovely food, great and friendly service in a very clean, modern and homely setting. There is indoor and 2 types of outdoor seating available, 1 of which is In a kind of orangery with a retractable roof. There is a soothing water feature too. The food is very fresh, well presented and perfectly cooked! I would definitely visit here again and would recommend to for those looking for a delicious bite to eat in the area.
Staff really friendly and helpful. Food beautiful. Been a couple of times and plan to return again. Lovely farmshop on site too as well as a lovely little flower/plant shop.
