Spectacular. I had high expectations which were exceeded. The staff are affable and the menu delightful in parts. Samosas for example. The piece de resistance was my pistachio soufflé for desert. Too long have I laboured under reams of mundane chocolate based offerings!

We went to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with friends visiting from Scotland. We were not disappointed. The atmosphere and decor were relaxed, and the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The menu had a range of options to suit all tastes and the food, and service, was impeccable. A little more expensive than the run of the mill establishments but well worth it for our special occasion.

Having read some rather bad reviews we decided to give this a try regardless and I'm glad we did. The staff were lovely and despite the restaurant being full we were served quickly. I had the chicken and mushrooms and it was lovely. My partner was very pleased with his duck. In our experience we had lovely food and pleasant attentive staff. We will be back again soon. 😊

Very attentive service. A very reasonable fixed menu. The food is a good standard. The decor is very good and relaxing. All in all a great place for a meal. Maybe not for the special occasion but certainly for the weekly/monthly outing.

We tried Brasserie Blanc for a late lunch on Friday. The September set menu was lovely and unbelievable value. The service was friendly and efficient. Three courses and a couple of drinks for less than £25 per head for food and service of this quality really is great value for money.

Great service and great food. I will never forget the wonderful way they treated my father for part of his 70th birthday celebrations. They met us with a glass of prosecco and made sure he had a lovely evening. That was in April last year and sadly my Dad passed away in November of last year, so those happy memories are even more treasured now. Thank you

Went to the Brasserie in Leeds, was blown away by the food. Wonderful inviting atmosphere, you can come here smart casual, no need to worry about decorum it's just an excellent place to unwind and enjoy fine food. The food itself warrants a Michelin style of catering experience but the environment they provide eliminates any barrier some people may have on coming to such places. I could not recommend this place enough!

Visited 28 December. A wonderful, spacious venue (previously the Loch Fyne restaurant) refitted with atmospheric decor. A cosily warm welcome on a chilly December afternoon. All ages were clearly welcome. It is French influenced food (of course) as you can imagine Raymond Blanc naturally insisting upon it, the food so beautifully prepared (of course) and topped off with really friendly but discreet service. Nothing too much trouble (naturellement!). We chose from the day time Fixed Price Menu. It is an amazing price of only £10 for 2 courses (a small supplement for steak - well worth it) or 3 courses for a small additional charge. Still tremendous value. We ordered the steak and frites - requested it be cooked rare and it was simply perfect. The lesser priced menu was not reflected in the quality of food or service, which I occasionally feel you can experience at other establishments - this possibly being more my own issue due to having to consider the cost for other company with us, so top marks to Brasserie Blanc for insisting on good standards regardless. I absolutely recommend eating here and have been telling anyone who will listen all about it, which simply speaks for itself. DEFINITELY returning soon, two birthdays coming up and the Brasserie is my first go to choice due to our experience this day. Thank you to all the staff who made our afternoon.

A lovely lunch presented by great staff. The August menu fixe is just superb and fantastic value, not sure how it can be done for the price but keep on doing it. No equal in the area for lunch. Chris

Lunch for one, made very welcome. Service was great, matched by an excellent Grande Steak Frites. Quality of the meat was 10/10, I've paid more for less.

A tremendous addition to the Knutsford dining scene, which for too long has been dominated by pseudo-celebrity chefs. It's brilliant to have a genuinely world-class eatery in the town. And, given how high the bar has been set for quality, one that is incredibly reasonably priced too. Spend an evening here, and treat yourself to the Cheese Soufflé. Brilliant.

We enjoyed a lovely meal here. The samosa starter was amazing. My husband said the chocolate feuillantine was delicious. The staff were very pleasant and polite.
