Me and my partner came here a couple weeks back for his 21st Birthday Meal, the service, food and atmosphere was a 11/10, we had a whole room upstairs to ourselves with a TV with Netflix, YouTube etc… The food was absolutely delicious and the young lad and lady who served us for the night was amazing too, couldn’t fault these guys even if I tried.
Me and my partner come here for our Anniversary, Birthday and Valentines meals and it’s always amazing! Definitely worth a visit and we sure will be back again in the future!
My husband has been trying to book here for ages, but it's very popular, which is always a good sign. And it didn't disappoint ! This was booked for my birthday, and we were joined by our friends. The ambience was quirky. Seating is mainly in cubicles which will take 4 but can feel a bit tight, but perfect for 2. The staff were lovely. The menu is unusual. The food was amazing and well presented. And we were pleasantly surprised at the prices. A great night.
This was our first experience of dining here it's a lovely 30min walk to the restaurant, they have the option of Al Frescoo dining or eating inside.
We booked In advance, and from the moment we arrived the waiting on staff Megan and a young gentleman (whose name I didn't get, sorry)couldn't do enough for us they were regularly walking past to see if we needed more drinks or had finished our courses, faultless hospitality we felt like a valued customer.
The food portions were immense I ordered a peppered steak salad expecting that I may need a desert to fill me up, that couldn't be any further from the truth, the food was exceptional.
Would highly recommend the Aesthetic of the restaurant was pleasing to the eye which makes it a great choice for date night.
Unbelievable experience. This is an absolute little gem and me and my boys were not disappointed. Amazing food and service, can't recommend this place enough. Thanks guys!

Lengthy but very honest review of our lovely dining experience.
Visited for the first time on Friday 15th July for my other half’s birthday and was very impressed with the quality of the food as well as the service from the staff members!
When we arrived; we were quickly shown to our booth (stunning decor btw!)
Not long afterward, our drinks orders were taken shortly followed by our food orders.
Before our food order was taken; we were made aware that there was a large party in the snug area which could mean a slight delay compared to usual in service.
Despite this information, it wasn’t long before our starters arrived.
We’d ordered 3 between us; however, only 2 arrived. We were asked if we needed anything else so I mentioned the 3rd starter.
There’d been some sort of mix up and it hadn’t been prepared.
Don’t let this put you off as mistakes can happen everywhere, it’s how they’re rectified that tells you a lot about a place.
We ate the 2 starters we were served and then the 3rd arrived. The waitress apologised for the mix up and told us that we wouldn’t be charged for the starter we had to wait for.
I thought this was an extremely kind gesture. We hadn’t complained in any way or indicated that we weren’t happy, it just goes to show as a restaurant they want to keep their customers happy.
All 3 starters were delicious.
Our plates were cleared and we were told there’d be a 10 minute wait on our mains as the chefs were just finishing off the orders for the large party. Again, appreciated being told.
The mains were absolutely delicious and generous portions!
I’ve seen some negative comments about this place not having a dessert menu which I think are unfair. No, they don’t have a menu but they do offer desserts and all of the waiters/waitresses will quite happily tell you what’s available.
We didn’t get a dessert as we’d already struggled to finish the mains but the ones we seen being served looked amazing.
Overall we had a lovely visit. We spent just under 2 hours here and will definitely be returning!
Just eat here, literally moments ago. Cannot rate the food enough, chicken skewers are immense. From the get go staff where lovely, ambience/setting 5 stars and the food, beautiful (nothing more to say, beautiful).
I don't review often, and we are creatures of habit I.E eat in the same locations and don't generally try new.
However Antonio's bar and Grill is our new go to venue.
I'll stop going on now, only to add: the staff are a dream, once we eat the owner came over and we spoke fluently over various subjects and this in all honesty made the whole visit a 5 star.
Definitely will return, our new go to venue.

Incredibly attentive staff and amazing food. It's the nicest meal we've had for a long time. We're glad we chose Antonio's to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you to all the staff and we'll definitely be visiting again
Has an amazing anniversary meal last night, food was excellent and the best we've had in a long time. We had bruschetta for starters and for the mains we had chilli salmon and sticky Asian chicken. The staff were attentive and pleasant and Donna was lovely.
Very nice. Lovely team providing a relaxed and professional service. T-bone Steak was very good, high quality and cooked as ordered. The New York stack burger was also very good. Deserts were excellent, thanks for the recommendation.
First time diner here. Food was amazing. Our waitress was lovely, We had to ask for our order to be taken. Food took half an hour from placing our order but it was definitely worth waiting for.
Seen Antonio's on Instagram booked a table with my wife, and I can honestly say we weren't disappointed. Food was delicious, and the atmosphere was so nice, and the staff were so lovely. the first time definitely won't be the last 😊
As usual, staff absolutely professional and friendly.
Whenever we go here we are always made to like special customers but you can tell they do this with every customer which I think is amazing and a very special touch.
This is by far the classiest resturant in Knowsley.
Food is always amazing, still working my way through the menu and everytime I go, never disappointed.
Special shout out to Donna the manager, who is under a lot of personal pressure but still puts a smile and her face and makes you feel so welcome. Nothing is ever too much!
I love the decor, so fitting with the history if Knowsley!

A hidden gem in knowsley (Liverpool) absolutely brilliant worth a visit it wont dissapoint.

First time visit and will not be our last. What an absolutely fantastic find. The food was fresh, tasty and the portions were massive. Cocktail menu was pleasantly different to other restaurants and were definitely alcoholic!!
The ambience was lovely and their two private rooms are something else - really different and would be a great place for a family meal or a get together with friends.

Had a great experience here with my family. Ordered tomahawk steaks and they were HUGE. Donna our waitress was fantastic, making sure we had a great time there.
