Went for breakfast this morning. The place was really busy, and felt short staffed. Despite this, Tony, the man who served us, was amazing. Good food and great service at brewers fayre this morning. We came during a super busy period and the staff were friendly and attentive. They asked about allergies and special requirements and brought us gluten free toast and veggie sausages without delay. Great job Tony and team :)
We called in for breakfast and were greeted by really friendly and helpful staff. The buffet type breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options available.The staff were constantly checking that items were refreshed and available and that we were enjoying our meals.A big thank you to Tony and
6 of us got there late this morning but the manager, Tony, went out of his way to accommodate us. He was so welcoming and friendly, and did everything to make sure we all had a most enjoyable breakfast. It was one of the best breakfast experiences I’ve ever had.
We were greeted by the team this morning and made to feel welcome. The staff were amazing especially Amy who went above and beyond for us. Buffet was lovely, and always plenty of food available. Lovely, clean restaurant. Will definitely stop here again on our travels.
Turned up to a huge queue at the bar - been there before on many pubs next to a premier inn - BUT surprised to say the efficiency of the staff and the teamwork cleared the queue so quickly .. Only popped in for pudding and a mocktail but was pleasantly surprised. Good service, tasty puds and lovely mocktail! Yes some of the furnishings have seen better days but I am guessing it is popular with families so really what do people expect! All in all we left happy!
We went in for the breakfast and I could not fault the service and food. The staff were excellent and the food was really good with lots of variety. Very happy will Be going here again.
