After what had been almost 18 months not having a take away from Saffron, Knighton, I walked in and was immediately welcomed by my first name. Brought a smile to my face! Friendly, warm and welcoming, Saffron also doesn’t let you down when it comes to the food. 7 main dishes and 5 sides all tasted great, especially the King Prawn Exotic, a particular favourite. The team is always happy to chat and welcomes customer engagement. Recommend this restaurant highly. P

Tonight was our first time having a takeaway from Saffron....EXCELLENT! We will be ordering again as our food was first-class from start to finish. Good portions and nice to have a dish that was actually filled with meat unlike some places that may allow 4 pieces of meat per portion and leave you with a sea of sauce instead. Support your local business and when stuck for something to eat then try the Saffron.

My sister and I are from London, but we've been coming here for years so the staff know us by name. Very friendly, welcoming staff. Affordable food.

Good food and great flavour. Always enjoy whenever I have a takeaway. The only thing that stops this from being 5 stars is the fact that they NEED to change their opening times on google and their website as it states it open Tuesday and Wednesday but it’s not.

Had my second curry from here tonight, got to say I really enjoyed it and so did family. Really tender chicken, good sized main portions too. Will be visiting regularly!

The yearly ritual trip to Knighton would not be complete without a curry in Saffron. Great food. Note you have to take your own alcohol drinks if required.

Over priced. The food was ok but the Nan bread was as tough as old boots and had a job eating it and give up in the end. The price is extremely expensive considering we had only bought for two. Which was only two curry's, chips, poppadoms and a nan bread and it was £35.00. So I won't be back unless they sort there pricing out.

Great food! My family and I rate this the best Indian restaurant around for many miles. Eat in or take away. Friendly staff and always hits the spot. Why not try a chicken tikka balti saag.

Had an overnight stay in Knighton and spotted this gem of a restaurant. Fantastic food, large portions and really well priced. Staff very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Added bonus of inviting you to bring your own alcohol. Just brilliant all round.

Been told about this place so decided to give it a go. Staff extremely friendly and the portions were bang on. All the food was amazing and fresh. Didn't even manage to finish it all. Bring your own booze which helped with the price. Would definitely recommend and vist again!!

Five stars for Service and Flavour during lockdown. New to the area (Nov.20) and had a take-away three times. Each time we have been impressed with the food.
