Great cake! Home baked and very good. Atmosphere, interesting things to browse and interesting owners.
Lemon polenta and bara brith are excellent. Visited two weeks ago, had a takeout today, would definitely go back and try more cakes
Loved this place. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, good food! I really enjoyed my lunch here, recommend the ploughman's if you like cheese. LOTS OF cheese! :-)
Why haven't I found this sooner. Bara Brith with Welsh cheddar amazing in quality and quantity, on a varied menu, and so much to look at in terms of art, books, crafts and more. Very well looked after by the lovely owners, thank you, see you soon...gwela I chi cyn bo hir!
Lovely food, served by lovel People in a lovely place.
The owners are lovely.
I always enjoy having food here. Bread is beautiful and always homemade. A larger selection would be beneficial but as Knighton is a small town I can understand why they don't.
Nothing is ever too much trouble!
We were on the Heart of Wales Line Trail and needed a late lunch. The Tower House Gallery was an excellent choice. The "Grub in a Mug" option was splendid. We both had a tasty mug of leek and potato soup along with a Brie and redcurrant toastie. All cooked by John, yummy. The owners even closed the
Nicely presented food and excellent tea. Very good toastie! Recommended
Really lovely little cafe and gallery/gift shop. Friendly staff. Excellent home made food. Able to cater for gluten intolerance. Choice of uncommon teas, fresh coffee. Glad we found this little gem for lunch during our visit.
What a gem! Stopped off on the way home from a holiday in Wales. Excellent coffee and absolutely gorgeous crumpets! Also ended up leaving with a beautiful blanket and some books. Highly recommend!
Friendly no pressure place for a good quality coffee and home made cake. Some nice books, bags and cards for sale that are not run of the mill.
