What can I say, we loved it, visited on a Saturday afternoon so full of locals meeting up , watching the sports on TV'S and enjoying a good selection of beers and wine π·, say no more.
It's a lovely place we go on a Tuesday and play bingo and enjoy a good pint my girlfriend is disabled and they help her the landlord and wife are lovely and friendly so are the people
Very friendly town centre pub. Clean and bright. Entertainment on some nights. Highly recommended.

Lovely pub in the city centre, mainly for the older people who like a get together and a chat,sports on the T.V. with a good bit of music in the background, good choice of beers, lagers and ciders, wines and spirits. Excellent table service and great prices ,would recommend,with a rest room, wheelchair access and short stay parking,pay and display about 100 yds away .

Stayed here a number of times. Fantastic guy Eugene, great staff, nothing too much trouble. Clean, tidy, great breakfast, omelette for breakfast recommended, disco noisy, on Friday and Saturday, but hey its not the Ritz, definitely value for money. Go on book it.
Very good. Drinks very reasonably priced with Sky and BT Sports channels showing the main live games. Excellent . Staff always friendly and helpful. Covid precautions in force and well implemented. No complaints at all

Lovely place to stay, clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are very helpful and will do anything to make your stay great. Breakfast was beautiful, struggled to eat everything as there was souch. Thank you will definitely be back again π

Very friendly staff. Lovely welcome on arrival and Wendy certainly went out of her way at breakfast which was lovely. Beautiful place to go and have a break. Accommodation was comfortable.
