A beautiful little quaint cafe with lovely decor and very nice homemade food I had the full English and to be totally truthful the sausage was the best quality wholesome meaty and bags of flavour I've ever had in a cafe regardless of where I've travelled, the staff are very pleasant. The whole experience of my visit was very worthwhile and will definitely be going again in the near future My two friends opted for the vegetarian and the hot roast pork with stuffing and both of them praised the meals.

What a lovely little cosy cafe. We stopped in for a drink and sat in a comfy chair near the fireplace which was all lit us with Christmas lights. The staff were really nice and helped create a welcoming atmosphere. Most importantly the Latte was excellent.

My friend and I had a lovely lunch today. It was a lucky find as the cafe we had intended to visit turned out not to be dog friendly...but it was a blessing in disguise! Honeybees welcomed my Yorkie and lively Dachshund and we had cosy seats and a delicious lunch. We enjoyed it so much that we came back later after walking around the castle and had teacake and big pots of tea! They even cooked a sausage for the dogs! It's so good to find a dog friendly cafe that has a cosy atmosphere and delicious food. So thank you Honeybees, we'll be back again soon. Jane and Bella the YorkieπŸ˜€

Visited today and had a meal of cream mushrooms on toast. Which was really freshly made and very tasty. There was also lots of homemade cakes. The service was very friendly and helpful.

Took our 2 young grandsons last week. The beef burger and scotch pancakes got the thumbs up from them. The garlic mushrooms on toast and the coronation chicken hit the spot with the grownups. Good service, very clean. Will definitely return.

Loved it! Very old & quirky building. The food was lovely, we had soup & cake, very tasty. We were on a coach trip & had little time to enjoy it properly & absorb the atmosphere. The staff understood we were short on time & the service was very quick, thank you πŸ‘πŸ˜˜

In contrast to the two riverside cafes we tried on a Sunday mid-morning/lunch-time, this was a revelation in attentive service! We were seated as soon as we walked in, order taken in less than 5 minutes, and hot drinks with us a few minutes later! My wife had a delicious fruit scone, presented with jam, cream and butter, where I opted for one of the most delicious back rolls I’ve had in a long time! Yes, it may not have the riverside views, but I’d choose this over the two places we tried every time!

What a little cosy tea room. I had a Farmers brunch which was phenomenal. Looks like its a family business and that gives it even nicer feeling.

What a lovely cafe, all homemade food, excellent quality. Staff are very friendly. This is an old quirky building and the upstairs is the best place to sit looking out of the front windows. Been here loads of times, every time I've visited Knaresborough and will continue. The homemade cakes and cream scones are to fie for. 10/10 😊😘 xxx

Lovely little cafe serving a good full English. The avocado with salmon and a poached egg was pretty good too.
