We stayed in the small double rooms which both had a double bed and a single. Drink making facilities, small TV, iron and hairdryer. Cosy and very clean room with comfortable beds. Shower with fluffy towels and toiletries. Evening meals in the main building were tasty and all staff were very friend
Great place to get married. You feel very well cared for. Timing between individual weddings allows the focus to be on you rather than rushing through . Rooms were clean and perfect for what we needed. Service was second to none and everyone made our day very special. The function rooms were cosy and perfect for a disco and the chapel was relaxed and a magical intimate space. Couldn't have asked for anything any better.
Really enjoyed our stay and wedding day here. The staff could not have been more helpful in fact they were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. We wanted a very simple private ceremony with just the 2 of us and that is just what they provided. Can not thank them enough. We would definitely recomm
We got married here on the 12th October and had an amazing time. As soon as we arrived at reception we were put at ease. The room was lovely and very clean, the food was amazing and the staff were wonderful especially Paul, Ian and Struan. As it was only the two of us we had 2 of the wedding planner
The Mill forge is the perfect wedding venue. We had a great time with the bride and groom. The bar/restaurant had a wide selection of items. All the staff were very kind and helpful in any requests. Didn't enjoy the brekfast however, but everything else made up for that. A short drive to Gretna town

What absolutely beautiful place. Was there for our best friends wedding. Stayed 2 nights. Rooms were clean and spacious. Plenty of room. Tea and Coffee making facilities.
