My wife and I visit the cafe every week and appreciate the excellent service we receive from the hard-working staff. Both the cafe and the main shop punch well above their weight and it is highly regrettable that M&S have just announced that this busy store will be shutting early in the new year.

I was served by a lovely girl who told me she came from Egypt. I cannot remember her name , but she was lovely. Very helpful and nothing was a bother for her. I looked for a supervisor to compliment the girl , but couldn't find anybody. I'm so sad to hear that M&S are closing down.

That staff in the store are what make this shop to great. They clearly work hard but still go out of there way to help me when I need it. I know that in foods they help a blind woman shop every week. Love it here.

The best food hall and department store in the centre of town with a nice coffee shop to the rear. If the store was bigger I would give it 5 stars however it is a small branch therefore the range of products is limited.

Excellent coffee and scone. I go there every week with someone I support. So sad to here the store is closing as there are many people like us that go there on a regular basis to enjoy coffee and a catch up

Fast service at tills, shelfs always well stocked, downside is aisles are no good for mobility scooters when shop is busy, and rails are too close together in the clothing areas for wheelchairs or scooters

Great store situated in the high street where it should be not out of town on some soulless trading estate.

Good experience in the cafe. Nice fresh scone. Alas store is destined for closure in the New Year

unfortunately this shop on the High Street is now closed but there is a foodhall at Kirkcaldy retail park ..open at 8.30am everyday..closed at 8pm during the week ..7pm on a Saturday ..6pm on a Sunday.

Lovely lunch served by excellent staff in a pleasant atmosphere. Will really miss it when it closes.

Good shopping for us older ones. Goodness knows what where we can shop when it closes. M&S should rethink!!!
