Arrived half an hour before closing time. We weren't rushed or made to feel like we should hurry up. We were even offered a Christmas muffin to go with our coffees. A lovely gesture 🙂. The staff were friendly and helpful and the shop was beautifully clean and laid out
Take food intolerances/allergies seriously. Reassuring. There is a protocol in Costa for allergies. Just alert them as soon as you arrive and it's put in place.
Staff are excellent - knew exactly what I meant by "long shot" Cleaned and dried the outside table for me too.

Staff are always polite and courteous but it can be a busy place and seating can be at a premium

Another great Costa shop. Coffee is always very good (and also consistent across branches) with decent deals on food, and a decent selection of cakes. Reasonable prices and their Rewards card is one of the best available.

The vegan macaroni was absolutely great, I wasn't expecting there to be so many vegan options but was quite please to see the variety.
Not much to say here except its costly. Food and drinks very good but they are expensive. The place is clean but it seems to take time to clear the tables. Tosties are amazing but it's crazy that you have to order food and drink, pay for it and then wait for your order to be prepared while customers are queuing behind you. I dare you to go during your lunch break and still have time to eat.
