Am there several times a week. Hard working gals behind the counter. They are always pleasant, smiling, and fast. Great crew!! Love your frozen drinks.
I come here a lot and it is always the highlight of my day out. Today was lovely in particular and Emma was an amazing server who made me feel very welcomed.
Cheese and tomatoe toastie, a latte and piece and quiet. Chills vill. 😎
The staff are friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is pleasant. The low stars for food is because I find the prepacked sandwiches artificial. Cakes are lovely
Coffee good, reasonably spacious. Food there I haven't tried yet, so can't comment. Only one cashier and one till. So in peak times, long and slow moving queue

Very relaxed environment and friendly staff who can deal with the more challenging customers easily and professionally.
They have an access code now for their toilets that can be found on your receipt. This is so only customers can use the toilet
Before lockdown I lived in Kirkby & Costa was the best thing there. I recommend this place for the great service by Tash the manager who would always say enjoy after she serves you a delicious cappuccino.
The staff were so kind not just to me but to several elderly people. One assistant helped a patron to his seat then brought him his breakfast. The atmosphere is so happy in there. The staff arnt afraid to talk and laugh with patrons. I think that comes from the manager of the shop.
Always friendly apart from 1 very quiet/super shy lad. Staff often bring my drink to the table as i have my daughter in her pram. Lovely skinny capps 👌🏼 and vanilla lattes
Staff very friendly and helpful i am a disabled pensioner and they always go out of their way to assist me
Polite, friendly staff. Quality drink and food. Gets really busy at times ( like a crèche). Irrespective of this always found it a good place to relax or do paperwork.
A very cosy cafe, good quality coffee, staff are really nice and polite, especially the manager her name is Tash always smiles when she serves you, and says enjoy, that always cheers me up.
