Brough Castle Icecream Parlour And Tearoom - Kirkby Stephen - Photo album

We had coffees with scone and caramel shortbread in the sun after our visit to the castle. Friendly people, tasty food and drinks.
Wonderful lunch with friends- selection of panini and gluten free toastie followed by cakes and ice creams. The teas and coffees were also good. Friendly quick service. Lovely place to sit awhile and then explore the adjacent Castle. Dogs not allowed inside but seating and tables available outside.
A fantastic little ice cream parlour and tea room just off the A66 in Brough. We stopped on our way to Scotland and it was brilliant. The staff are extremely friendly and the parlour has a nice welcoming feel to it. The food is good too. Nice and simple and just what you need on a long journey. The
Perfect little cafe/icecream parlour Icecream delicious 😋 Service great....had lovely chat with the owner as not busy due to it being a Tues and out of season. Highly recommend 👌
Lovely cafe with plenty of parking right next to the castle. Great selection of food, drink and icecream. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area.
Lovely little family run ice cream Parlour. A wide range of flavours and a good choice of food and hot drinks. A little play area with a good range of play equipment (swings, slides, play house, see-saw, even a wooden castle!). Plenty of benches to sit at. You can even see the baby cows over the
Small ice cream parlour immediately below a medieval castle ruin. When we could hear the cows from next to the shop we had an idea of what to expect; fresh Yorkshire ice cream is always an immense treat and this was no exception. Also very good coffee.
Lovely friendly service, nice ice creams / coffee. Reasonably priced, beautiful views of the castle & surrounding areas
Came here for an ice cream and a wander around the castle. They serve a selection of hot and cold drinks and food. The ice cream is delicious and really high quality dairy.
Fantastic ice cream, good selection of flavors and reasonable price (£4 for two scoops). Savory food nothing special (we had two paninis).
