The food was exceptional some of the best we've ever had, there was a lovely atmosphere & woul
Great pub in the heart of Kirkby Lonsdale serving some great food that caters for all tastes and appetites. The menu is varied, but nice and compact and there are some really tasty options. There is a good selection of wines and beers (but the real ale selection is quite restricted). This is a very
We stayed here en route to Edinburgh. It is well placed in the older part of town. The rooms are of a good size and well decorated. We phoned and booked direct. I am a bit old fashioned and prefer to speak to someone ( it also guarantees I have a bed for the night)! The evening meal was really good

We stay regularly at the Red Dragon. The manager and his dog Milly are very welcoming. The lady that looks after you for breakfast is fabulous (always a treat available for the doggy). The food is great too, cooked by the very friendly Polish chef. Rooms are 5* and clean. Was very hot last night so

Booked a meal at The Red Dragon as an anniversary treat for my wife, looked at a few other menus of eateries nearby but plumped for here… and it did not disappoint !! Lovely pub with food served piping hot and quickly followed by a lovely dessert. Competitively priced but the service from the staf
A wonderful stay over 3 nights. Welcoming hosts, fabulous breakfast, and a fabulous, central location for shops, bars, restaurants, Devils Bridge and lots of beautiful walks. Kirkby Lonsdale is a very accommodating place to visit with dogs.. All bars and restaurants are extremely dog friendly.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay and had an amazing time. Our room was lovely and so was breakfast. Sharon couldn't do enough for us, and we would definitely recommend and will be back. We also had dinner here and that was lovely too, fully recommend.
Great pub in the centre of Kirkby Lonsdale. Friendly hard working staff. Good food reasonably priced. Special offer on Thursdays when we visited, 2 main courses for £25.00.
A group meal for 25 booked on a Saturday evening for 1930hrs. Unfortunately we had to phone and request the booking be pushed to 2030hrs as some members of the group were still finishing the Yorkshire 3 peaks. We had pre ordered all our food and it was a mixture of meals across the whole menu. Th
