Popped in on a Sunday late afternoon whilst the South Africa V Scotland rugby match was in. Busy pub but service was quick. Ordered steak and ale pie with peas and chips. Food came within 10 minutes, fairly tasty, peas undercooked but the rest of the food was typical pub grub.

Incredibly friendly staff. Best veggie breakfast ever, perfect porridge and how do they serve bar meals so quickly? Bedrooms clean and comfortable, perfect for what we needed after being outdoors all day. Thank you
Decent food and drinks. Makes happy after having hiked in the Scottish Highlands. Also the desert is delicious. Service is good. Relaxed atmosphere..locals and hikers.
Very friendly and helpful staff. I left my rain gear behind and they very kindly helped get it up to Fort William the next day, which saved my holiday! Thank you!
The perfect spot to drop for a drink in when you've been hiking up the Munros above Kinlochleven.
Tailrace in was a welcoming and warm place to stay. The room was a little small for the price, but it was nice. Employees were super friendly and helpful!
My wife and I spent 3 nights in Kinlochleven using it as a base for walking. Of the 3 Bars in the town we felt this was by far the best. It had all good food, good drink and nice atmosphere. Staff were extremely welcoming not some thing I could say for the other 2 bars.
Beat pub food I had on the WHW, staff also were super friendly even though we were just tourists. Mince and Tatties was excellent, as was the generous portions of sticky toffee pudding!
Lovely pub after a long day's walk. The landlady made our food herself because we arrived just when the kitchen was closing. Met two lovely locals and had a beautiful night. Hope to visit again. Try the drink called Venom - you won't be disappointed.
Good pub food and local beers. Good service and a nice, friendly and local vibe. Would recommend the mince and tatties!
I forgot my poncho stepped 5m out the door the moment I turned to get it I saw a worker with my poncho ready to give it this service is seen in 3 star Michelin restaurants if I have to trust google. The food portion could be a little bit more but it was top food
Great staff, great beer amazing staff, hot bar manager overall bst pub in Kinlochleven. You need this if you are doing the West Highland Way.
Lovely little pub, stopped for half a pint on my cycling trip from Glencoe to Ben Nevis. I broke my phone cable and would have struggled to navigate without it. The locals and barman sorted me out with a replacement and sent me on my way. Thank you so much guys you saved me! Can't recommend this pla
Great place to stay or just pop in for food or a pint...it has great staff and great atmosphere. I highly recommend a visit if passing
The Tailrace is a friendly, welcoming hostelry in the heart of Kinlochleven. The staff are very engaging and made the experience .emorable🥰💙🏃♂️🏴🍺
