Stopped off in boswells for a quick drink with my daughter and grandad. 3 staff members were working and service was initially quite slow (to be served) however everyone working was busy making food/drinks and doing table service so it was understandable that it took a little longer than expected. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. I won't lie, it's pretty pricey, our 3 drinks - strawberry and banana smoothie, vanilla milkshake with cream! and a hot chocolate - cost approximately £14. The only slightly negative comment I'd have would be the smoothie was pretty bland tasting, but the others were lovely and well presented. We didn't eat but the food looked and smelt delicious! We visited around 11.30am and while there is limited inside seating, we found a table straight away and everything was clean and comfortable. There is extra seating outside for those warmer days. All in all a pleasant visit :)

Nice lady brought my tuna melt & I forgot my cutlery she was happy to get them for me,a very nice touch I was chatting with daughter & grandson
Lovely little cafe. I do think £5 is a lil expensive for the kids lunchbox for what you get. But other then that it's spot on 👍
We went for breakfast, cake and coffee today. Both food and drinks were lovely. Very generous portions.
Place seems very clean and staff is very polite.
The portions are a little small but other than that it's a nice place with a good atmosphere. The toilet is kept clean too.

A lovely baguette with extra tuna Cs I asked and they obliged at no extra charge. A noisy visit this time but they never dissapoint on food and service
Staff amazing. The way they deal with older customers is fantastic, patience and helpfulness when serving. Just witnessed "Leah" find an umbrella to walk in torrential rain with an old lady to her taxi. Superb
Quick drink visit. Milkshake the choice and not bad would have liked ice-cream in the milk shake. Had a salted caramel square that was good.
Met my brother in law for a cuppa and chat,he lives in Liverpool and had come down to visit his daughter, friendly atmosphere and quick service

Great service, Staff are friendly, sociable and professional. Food is always great tasting and special dietary needs are catered for.
Best Latte in Kingswood for sure. Lovely hard working staff. Who probably take abuse from customers at times but no one deserves to be treated like dirt. Say or do something nice to make their day ✌️
P.s i do not work there but leave them a tip. Serving people is hard work. So don’t be afraid of their tip jar 😊😉 only if you can afford it. Times are hard for everyone right now. love to all of you.
Varied choice of foods, also a good selection for vegetarians and vegans
I had a smoothie & a piece of cake, both really nice. Staff were friendly & helpful. Nice atmosphere, customers chatting to each other. Nice place if you're on your own.
