Went for breakfast this morning. It was not busy at all, so we were sat quickly and service was speedy.
Karla welcomed us warmly and catered after us perfectly.
Food was absolutely delicious. I had smoked salmon, avocado and poached eggs on bread.
I would very highly recommend a breakfast visit.

Lovely fresh ingredients made for indulgent yet light dishes. The pub is large and perfectly designed, blending the old part with the newer part. The outside area will be perfect in better weather. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great meeting spot.

We have visited this pub a number of times of a summer drink as they have an excellent selection of beers (London Pride on tap, what could be better!?). On this occasion we also decided to stop of some food, as it has tempted us many times before.

Absolutely brilliant experience! We'd spent the morning pottering around Waddesdon Manor and were looking for somewhere to eat. We had a family meal at The Akeman Inn. There was good atmosphere, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Marissa was stand out, so smiley and such good fun. And, the fish and chips was delicious (with a proper serving of tartare).
Probably the best roast dinner I have had to date. Extremely tasty, well cooked and well presented.

The place is beautiful, with a good size parking and great staff. Food wise, I felt it was a bit overpriced and the children portion was too small.
Lovely cosy pub, we sat outside and outside seating was great. Had a table for 12 and the staff were great and accommodating. Food wise the pizza was really nice but the harissa wings were nothing too special and my friends steak was a little over done. However great experience none the less!
Well , it's finally happened . After 5 years I finally had a good meal here ! Happy to recommend now , service was excellent and the food was very good and they catered for our table of 22 excellently.
