Old Courthouse - Kingswinford - Photo album

The food is lovely there, so much choice with veg and sides, you have to get there early though as it can get quite busy, also you can book a table, free parking
Really friendly family pub, very busy on a Sunday but that's not surprising with the amount of vegetables on offer (about 12). Really wholesome food that left no room for deserts! Wouldn't go anywhere else for my carvery. Thank you
Went as group of 3, had carvery, bargain price of £6! Have never seen so much veg in all my life! Only slight disappointment was that I am now vegetarian and there was no obvious choice for me. Was really lovely what I did eat and all of us were impressed with the overall experience :-)
Good service, wife is gluten free and asked for GF gravy and was served it in a few minute's with no hassle.
The food is lovely, lots of choice in vegetables, types of potatoes (mash, boiled and roast), meats include beef, gammon, pork and turkey. Gravy is extremely delicious! Good value for money. Would be nice to see the place re-decorated sometime but the staff are very welcoming.
Was visiting an auntie in Dudley and stopped at the premier inn a short distance away.. turned up just before 8 pm when the carvery finishes but was told we could still eat if we wished. The meal was lovely and the staff were brilliant and only 6 quid each..will certainly be returning..
Sunday dinners are extra nice here as they have thought about the little extras. The beef sandwich and spuds are going to be my weekly treat as they where so good ! The beef has a lovely hint of garlic to it and cooked to perfection :D ... The staff are all very kind people too, and I meet some in
Friendly warm staff, Carvery 7 days a week, The meat is always tender and the veggies have just the right amount of crunchiness with a wide choice, There is also a full menu to choose from , all in all I very much enjoyed my meals.
It's nice enough. Seating is a bit all over the place regarding getting food. Carvery was... Average. 6/10 for that. It's decent enough for a quick meal. Reasonable prices. Decent food.
Family meal out. 9 of us. Most of us had a carvery. Good choice of meat and plenty of veg to choose from. A couple of us had meals off the menu and there was plenty to eat. Didn't feel that we had to rush either which was a bonus.😃
I visit The Old Courthouse occasionally when working in the evening. This is normally in the Autumn/Winter when a carvery is most welcome. First time tonight for quite sometime and as before I was not disappointed. Good quality carvery for the money. Will be visiting again soon.
Food and staff was lovely, will definitely be returning. Only 4 stars as it does look a bit run down inside, blinds hanging and tables need a new coat of varnish, but nothing more than cosmetic ☺️
Arrived about 6-50 pm for our 7pm booking.(15/Dec/2016) Table was ready (as usual) and because it was our Xmas meal was beautifully laid out on a white tablecloth with red runners and Xmas crackers. There were 7 of us in the party all having various meals from the Xmas menu all booked.Meals were serv
Carvery out of this world. A really generous portion of meat with a choice of beef pork turkey and Gannon. Huge array of veg and the roasties to die for. Very nice and well worth anyone's £5.95. Beautiful.
Amazing carvery for a really great price, highly recommend. Service is swift and pleasant, good selection of veg and meats each visit and good section of drinks/beers available too. Plenty of parking available on site as well
I would heartily recommend the Courthouse. I have been visiting this hostelry with my family for many years now, and have always had an excellent meal at reasonable price. No problems ever. The breakfasts now being served are EXCELLENT. Re the first review, note people usually get sticky poos 24-36
