Delicious pizza, love the thin crust, love that they have student discount! The service can be slow sometimes though which is the downfall.

Another day, another pizza try out. Should take a break from them. But they're so hard to resist. This time I tried the hawaian pizza half, which comprises of ham and pineapple. Surprisingly goes down very well. The other half was a topping of jalapeño, ham, olives. Simple yet effective.
Good. Same old Pizza Express with a panaramic view of Kingston (shame all you can see if the bus station and train station).
This is the second time I've been to this particular Pizza Express, and both times it was good.
This time around, I was testing whether they would accept Tesco Clubcard vouchers (as some restaurants like Zizzi often say they do, but they don't in some restaurants). I went at lunch on a Sunday, which is often one of the days excluded from these kinds of deals, and this Pizza Express does accept Tesco Vouchers.
The name escapes me, but we ordered the pulled pork pizza, with a Rosemary Chicken Goujon starter as a side dish. The pulled pork pizza was by far the best pizza option I've tried from any Pizza express before. I'd definitely recommend the chicken goujons too, as well as, the Bruschetta which I've had on multiple occasions before.
Service was quick and friendly, although it was fairly quiet at the time. The Rotunda is a nice place to sit and eat too.
Pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and menu choices. The service is a little hit and miss, but most staff are very friendly and attentive. I ordered the nduja calzone which was tasty and not too spicy. Kids were happy with their pizza/pasta options but especially the ice cream sundae dessert!

The cheese was tasty, but lacked some stringiness. The tomato sauce was delicious and good amount! I had the thin crust and although we dined in, the last slice was a bit chewy and stale. There was lovely fragrant basil and the meat was excellent! If I come again I would try the classic pizza (rather than thin).
We also had the garlic balls, which were very nice, but I wish they were more garlicky.
I had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Express Rotunda on September 13th and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. Our waiter, Neda, was attentive, friendly, and ensured our experience was top-notch. The food was delicious as always, but it was Neda's dedication and warm hospitality that truly stood out. Will definitely be returning and hope to be served by her again. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff, excellent service. Accommodated me and my family in the best way possible. Very patient with our orders and understanding of our dietary restrictions. Food was top notch and probably some of the best pizzas we’ve had from pizza express along the years. Highlight of our visit was the service we received from Siyeon.
We had a nice family gathering at this pizza express which we always visit, the rotunda brunch never lets you down. Always the staff have a great level of professionalism and they are always organised. Malwina serves us the majority of our visits and this time again, she is always incredibly warm, caring very quick and always makes us feel very comfortable. Rotunda is a guarantee of enjoyment, good food and service.
We had a great experience here. Firstly, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful - we were greeted by Greg the manager and, as the restaurant wasn't busy, he helped us by suggesting where the seats with the best view were. The waitresses were keen to help with the app and our food. the food was top-notch and Greg made sure my partner was enjoying her food and everything was satisfactory.

This pizza express is nicely designed and has great views. The ambience is great for a special meal out. Staff are friendly and alert. Food is great, from pastas to pizzas and starters. Would definitely recommend their dough balls. Jheez. 🔥
This was the most accommodating, friendly, and thoughtful Pizza Express we've been to - It was my daughter's 3rd b'day party where the staff, although busy, we always happy to help - Even the manager, Gregg, after noticing my children/Wife spoke Polish, told us he'd sing Happy Birthday in Polish - They went to extra mile to make our experience as pleasant as possible - We will definitely go back!
