We have visited this caffee today afternoon with my husband. We've had a lovely time there even though it was very busy . Definitely they were short of staff and 20 minuts waiting for the food order, however the lovely girl with ginger/reddish hair did her best provide an excellent service.the food

Went there the other day and had a lovely day out with my wife. All team was very helpfull, very friendly and caring.
Beautiful place with affordable afternoon tea options. They usually have a day special soup or cake. So do ask for it when you are there. It's also very easy to reach and might be ideal for students from the nearby universities and colleges in Kingston.
I booked a reservation yesterday for classic afternoon tea and lunch for my daughters birthday. The table reserved was lovely and the food was absolutely delicious.
My daughter was given a pretty cake as a birthday gift.

Seems like the team were a little under staffed on the morning. IT issues at the counter with a previous customer but it was really easy to order at the table. Tea and brownie was excellent.
