I have been a regular customer at this branch for the last few years and there have been ups and downs in the food/service quality and the atmosphere especially after the introduction of the subscription scheme. That said, things have recently been improving a lot and settled down a lot, and I have been re-enjoying Pret.
- The staff members are very friendly to in general.
- The location is good as it very close to the Kingston shopping centre including Bentall.
- There are many seats on both floors.
- The coffee is great and the quality is coming back :) I only wish they used whole milk as well as skimmed and semi-skimmed ones.
- There are also some golden spots where you can enjoy lots of sunshines especially on the ground floor.
- As of 18 Aug 2023, there is an icecream shop just outside the store :)
I love pret- even have the subscription and it’s so worth the price
Personally I didn't like the mocha much... But the vibe is pretty great
Ordered a Cappuccino- extra shot - and it tastes amazing
I had a cheese and tomato hot croissant and an Americano coffee with milk on the side. Tasted wonderful. Pleasant and efficient staff. I ate in.

Really enjoyable experience in a clean & tidy environment. A few seats available upstairs. But overall the place was maintained in a very clean & tidy standard.

Great to see Pret back. The sandwich was great and the filter coffee was much better than my previous experience.
The toilet here was clean.
Since becoming a Pret Subscriber, I come here almost daily. Food is good and love their smoothies. Staff are good, especially Ezequiel is always friendly and helpful
Love the fresh food and drink available all day mostly... The vegan hot wrap with a turmeric latte is my personal favourite... Situated right at the junction of the high street, this place is very convenient indeed. Highly recommended if you are in the area and need a healthy snack and drink.
Great sandwiches. Slways nice and fresh.
