Probably the best Fish & Chip shop I've been to in the area. Everything tastes fresh. I do feel bad that they are getting bad reviews mainly due to third party delivery partners!
Only reason I can't give 5* is because of the sporadic opening times! Have passed so many times on my way home for a chippy tea and it's closed! (Picture strangely enough was 7pm on a Monday - AND IT WAS SHUT) :-(
Fresh,yummy food my Cod was cooked to perfection would highly recommend..

I have had take away from here a few times now and have never been disappointed. Tried the cod and the haddock; both were very tasty, crispy and surprisingly not greasy! I really like how they list the source of their fish. Inside is the restaurant is clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The portions are also very large - one large chips could easily serve 4 people!

I was intrigued, having walked past them a number of times whilst taking my daughter for a walk in the afternoon/evenings they often have a small queue of people waiting to collect their orders. So I decided one afternoon I would order from them, going through Google Maps, onto their website I came across their mobile app for ordering and collection. Once arrived, I was noticed by their chef within a few minutes who was very friendly and welcoming, and their other member of staff who directed me to the other window to pick my order of Two Jumbo Sausage and Medium Chips. From the experience I had with them, and the quality of the food when I returned home, I can see why they are a neighbourhood favourite, I would recommend them, and I would order and visit again. Photos were taken when I returned home, due to our current circumstances in lockdown. Thank you The Chip Club for your premium service!
Very nice chip shop. The building is very modern, clean and tidy. My sausage and chips were lovely and all in a cardboard box with wooden cutlery, nice touch. Staff were friendly and found parking out the front easily. My only gripe is the price, a little pricey for a chip shop but still worth a visit

As someone from Southend who follows the fish and chip stereotype and worked in a fish and chip shop. This is place is awesome, you can have some water while waiting for delicious fish and chips which blowed my mind😂 along with different types of chips😃. Somethings like the curry sauce taste different from I have back at home but I think that's more personal taste. Modern, stylish and brilliant food makes it the best thing to have for lunch or dinner.😁
Just moved in round the corner and I think we are going to become regulars. Me and my partner both grew up on seaside towns and this is the closest thing to a proper chippy we've found in inland so far!
Can't fault the food. Excellent. None of the food is greasy and everything I've had tastes great. Portion size is good too. Can be a, bit of a wait if you're walk in so I'd order ahead and collect if I were you.
Favourite chippy in Kingston and 2nd favourite in the country (South Street Fish n chips in Lewes takes that title).

Excellent fish and chips. Not only are the fish and chips they serve of excellent quality, they taste great as well. I am gluten free. Not many people can do a good gluten free batter well, but the Chip Club does one of the best gluten free batters I have tasted.
