Went there a few days before Valentine's Day. Loved their special menu! I also love their set lunch/dinner menu, it's VERY affordable!
The Location: Next to the one at Stratford Upon Avon, this location is my favourite. There by the silent Themes, away from the buzz.
The Food: Had their lobster and crayfish lasagne from a special menu, and it took lasagne to a different universe!
Usually get their gnocchi in a mild yet rich gorgonzola sauce. It's simple and pleasant. Not the best, but still very nice and worth the money.
The Dessert: Love their huge meringues, its great to make various desserts at home. I'm usually too stuffed from the main course to grab a dessert here. But the best (and only) dessert I've had there was their white chocolate panna cotta (from the V-Day special menu)!
Just one sparkling?. All very good. One criticism - there's only one Prosecco on the sparkling wine list. Not even a Champers?!

Great location, good decoration, good service, and reasonable prices. We had two course lunch from the set menu. The starters were acceptable but not great. I liked the veggie pasta for the main course.
I went with my husband for lunch and it was perfect! I had a risotto and we shared a focaccia. Everything was really tasty and we can't wait to go back. The staff was really friendly 💛
Oh what a good night we had ! It was not the first choice either but it will be in future. It was Mother’s Day and the kids and I were treating Mother to a day out! We were made very welcome the moment we stepped through the door, a young lady was to be our host for the evening. The menu was just right, we had a vegetarian Superstar the daughter, and a light eater Jo her mother, the boys and I wanted a little more and we got it. Perfectly cooked exactly the way we each wanted ! The ‘sweets’ are so damn good, I recommend the hazelnut and chocolate ice cream it was divine ! Want a good dinner out at a sensible price, head to Carluccio’s in Kingston, you won’t be disappointed
I’ve been in this Italian restaurant few times since I live in London it’s a good choice for occasions such as birthday party or etc.
Staff are professional and friendly .

Tasty, but the menu should have an english translation as well for those who don't understand italian.
It has really nice food and our waiter was really nice and had a good sense of humour the only thing is it's atmosphere is not as good as it uses to be.
Great location near the river, friendly staff and amazing food! Real Italian coffee is a bonus.
We went for a meal this evening and the service was brilliant from start to finish. Alessandro, the manager, was very considerate of my nut allergy, taking care to check that what I had ordered was suitable for my needs.
The service was quick and the food was delicious. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely.

It was more than amazing !!!! Yesterday we shared a nice lunch with friends from different parts of the world, and it was the perfect place to give them Italian food. Betto's service was extraordinary, always attentive, relaxed and made us feel at home. We will definitely go back to that nice place!!! 100% recommended.
A firm local favourite in every way. Staff very accommodating and friendly. A relaxed place to escape to! Tasty food and good value. I have just visited again and tried your new vegan Milanese. I was very disappointed that you seemed to be trying to make it taste like meat! The texture and taste was mimicking a meat dish! I chose it because I love vegetables. I was told it contained beetroot, onions and mushrooms. I couldn't taste anything but a strange livery flavour with a most unpleasant texture. I thought you would have really embraced wonderful fresh vegetables. What a let down!
Second visit in as many days. The service on both occasions was friendly and polite, the food was wonderful and I feel was well priced. Highly recommend this for a very nice breakfast. Will stop here when next in Kingston for another meal. Hope I get the chance to see what the lunchtime or evening menu has to offer.
Was very pleasantly surprised by Carluccios I thought this would be another chain that promises but doesn't deliver. The service was excellent, we hadn't booked and were a party of 9 and so they moved things around and made us feel welcome. The food was very good and arrived quickly. My son's food arrived first which is always a bonus. Do go here if you fancy tasty food sympathetically prepared and there aren't any independent gems in the area.
We had lunch there last Friday and We love it. The meal was delicious, nice decoration, clean but the service was the best part. Beto help us with everything, we really had a great time there . We'll go there more frequently for sure.
We ate here last night. We enjoyed the minestrone and rice balls to start. Next was vegetarian spaghetti, and wild boar tortellini. Quite a nice selection of flavors, nicely presented and in a pleasant casual setting. Highly recommend!
