Mcdonald's - Kingston-upon-Hull - Photo album

Food was nice and hot. The cleaners very talkative and helpful. Dont really like the new layout it's smaller and more cramp so difficult to have a pram comfortable close without it been in the way.
My car unfortunately started to smoke whilst waiting in the drive through. Managed to pull to aside but realised I couldn't drive it. A man at the window asked if I needed help I replied I think so, he then told me my car is in the way, with inly myself and a young child I wasn't able to push the ca
Didn't catch the lads name but the gent who was service on the morning of the 7/6/23 was arguably one of the most polite lads I've ever met. Addressing everyone as sir/madam and made.sure everyone was offered sauces, serviettes and anything else they would need.
The food was nice as usual however if you are driving I would recommend not doing so - the traffic around this McDonald’s is awful! Near enough the whole car park gets completely piled up, people trying to cut in etc and it’s just a nightmare.
Just wanted to say that I visited McDonald's holderness road this evening with my twin grandsons it was very busy and chaotic but the lad called Alex who was serving was so polite and helpful to everyone his customer service skills are excellent he is a credit
Waited for over 20 mins in drive through, then a further 10 mins in a waiting bay. Not exactly fast food! Had also forgotten my chips.
As a vegetarian I enjoy a Mcplant now and then to remind me of the fab taste of my pre vegetarian days when I are big macs. Never disappointed 😃
Excellent service by nayie on booth ferry road . Hats off to her . Especially in the night time where staff don’t really bother much but she was very courteous and sorted me real quick . Thank you

Best maccy ds ever... no grease on hash brown they were hot and crispy. No burnt bits on breakfast muffins. Super duper place.
Not bad really, suppose it does what it says on the tin. Maccies ain't brilliant food but it's quick and easy and you know exactly what you are getting. Chips are often a bit cold at this one for some reason. Drive through gets bonkers busy and blocks up half the car park.
