Brilliant vegan place.
All the food and beverages are totally vegan and the burger even convinced my meat eating father!
Good to see more places like this springing up in the area and I wish them all the best of luck in their endeavours
I visited The Purple Robot for a Saturday lunch and was hugely impressed by the vegan food available. There was plenty of choice available including vegan imitations of meat dishes if you're usually a meat eater. I myself had a burger which was very good.

Came to eat here for dinner on the second night of it's opening, we were really impressed.
Even as a meat-eater the food was really tasty. I have vegetarian family members & sometimes it can be a real chore finding a restaurant that does a decent veggie option that isn't just soup or tomato pasta.
Great looking bar with good selection of vegan friendly craft beers (& other drinks). Have eaten there twice this week, dinner & breakfast, very tasty food. Lovely staff too.
It opened for the first time today, the restaurant is something that the guitarist from the beautiful South is the owner, it sells an extensive range of craft beers, one of which is probably the best lager I have ever had, their menu is 100% cruelty free, so I thought I'd give it a go, turns out we
All the taste pleasure of just great food. With the fact I could feel smug that I didn't make an animal suffer, use less land & water, and did my bit for the environment while having fun.
Excellent vegan fish and chips. Friendly staff.
