My husband and I visited for breakfast. We were having problems with the app. The lady there got someone to sort it out. She was kind, cheerful, and very tidy. Excellent service. 🙂

A little slow at times, but still quicker than most, and the food is always good, maybe not a high class meal, but more than edible, and certainly very convenient, and the menu keeps updating so there's always something new to try.

Staff (Carolyn) had the most amazing service I have ever had from mcdonald’s she is happy and positive. She ensured we was happy with are order and treat us with such kindness, really made our day.

Went with a friend last night. Clearly understaffed as we waited 30 mins for our food. The lady who brought our food was super nice and apologetic (bless her!) and gave us free brownies! So the missing star is on the management team - consider additional resources and don't overwhelm your staff! Al

I am always fascinated how busy and well run McDonald's are. The food is really tasty.I couldn't believe how nice the chicken nuggets were, I think for years I have been cooking frozen ones at home these are so good.

Food was great. Place was nice and clean. Saw a manger miss a bus too, that was a great laugh. 9/10

Went to grab a quick lunch. Tried the chicken big Mac. Tasted good just a mess to eat. A little less sauce might help it to stay together while you eat it.

Food was good and very fresh definitely one of the better McDonald's

Its Mcdonnalds.. service good staff lovely, better than most... Never go in hence 1 * for atmosphere..

Visited McDonald's Willerby today. Exactly what a McDonald's should be. Easy to order, fast food, clean venue and good food. The only thing I don't like, and it's no reflection on the staff at this location, is the car park - it's stressful and crammed in.
