Had an issue with a £100 Parking fine from Parkingeye because I was 7 minutes over the 20 minutes allocated time, due to rooms being booked up. Spoke to a friendly and helpful lady called Karen on the desk just now who has helped me resolve this issue. Many thanks for your help
Needed a clean tidy room on short notice to visit family.
Price was very reasonable, room was quiet and still close enough to paragon bus and train station.
Staff were friendly and helpfull, even when I had to extend my stay due to train strikes it was sorted within minuits.

Excellent value for money. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean, 5mins walk from city centre, absolutely great stay there between Christmas and New Year. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.
What can I say? It's a cheap and cheerful hotel. You get what u pay for. Its dated but clean and the bedding is always fresh. But I always use this as my go to place to stay. The ONLY gripe I have is the cleaners are so loud on a morning shouting to each other. But all in all its a decent motel
You get what you pay for! But the room was clean and the bed was comfy could just do with some extra pillows but in hindsight probably could have asked at Reception for extras ad nothing seemed to much trouble for the staff will be back if I need a cheap room in Hull thank you
A little dated, didn't stay in a room because I was attending a course but it served it's purpose and was easy to get to. It is next to a busy junction though, lots of emergency vehicle throughput
