Saltshouse Tavern - Kingston-upon-Hull

I visited for a meal the food was lovely. Nice atmosphere. And lovely bar staff especially Robbie. She was very helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough to help definitely service with a smile 😊.

Popped into salthouse for some lunch today and was really impressed. I ordered steak and it was really soft and nice. The saltshouse tavern on the corner of Dunvegan Road is a nice two room local pub, pool table and darts in the back room. Usually having three real ales on hand pumps. The pub is quite spacious and can accommodate a large crowd, although there aren't many drink options that suit my taste. However, my experience wasn't too bad, and I even had a couple of enjoyable conversations with the regular customers.

Always had a nice time at this place, being my local I've been a fair few times and the standard of food and drink is always good. Bar service is great too.

Well there are lots of pubs around and decided to pop in for our dinner as 6pmish. Glad we did. It was quiet at first but people were slowly turning up. There was some low level music playing & a game machine in the corner playing a loop. The menu is not massive like other pub chains but thoughtfull

I visit The Saltshouse regularly and I'm always greeted with a smile by the excellent bar staff, in particular the young lady Robbie. Always made to feel welcome, brilliant pub!

New to the area we thought we would give the Saltshouse a try and we love it, now i am pleased to call it our local!! We took our kids to the Grinch Christmas party they loved it, the bands they have on a Saturday night are great and the friendly staff have always made us feel welcome!!!

Great live music venue , and decent priced beers. Always a lovely food smell from this place too.. great all round local pub

Been loads my 2 kids favourite pub to go for food. Food is amazing best out there if you ask my 2 who are 11 and 6 where they want to go they say Salthouse the staff are fantastic.

Spent the evening in Salthouse and was served by Robbie, who was very friendly & provided us with a great service all night.

Great to pop in after years of absence, very busy pub after a local rugby league derby, toilets still a disgrace though!

Popped in for cheeky drink and catch up with friends. Nice atmosphere, didn't eat as already been for a meal. Friendly, welcoming place plenty of people in.
