Have to say, the staff inside 'Next' on Kingswood are absolutely fantastic. Always greet you with a smile and can always remember what drink I want before I even ask. Fantastic customer service. If only all people were this friendly. Great work, keep it up.

We’ve ordered only two double expresso, today, however, barista were extremely well trained. He warmed the cups before making a coffee (unusual in coffee shops), he asked me I like some glass of water along with my espresso. He should be rewarded with pay raise.

It's reasonably priced, with plenty of flavours and drink types to choose from. Staff are friendly and polite, and they keep the shop cleaned regularly :)

All in all a nice place the drinks are always good food is limited if you have allergies. Very little gluten free food for example.

The lady that took our order was helpful... But we popped in earlier in the week and another branch and they both had run out of cream which i find disappointing. Also prices for the same coffe changes from store to store?

I have been coming to this location for a few months now and the service here is excellent. I’m usually here on a Thursday morning and I’ve noticed the exemplary customer service skills of the staff behind the counter. Had a nice hot chocolate but did feel slightly ripped off at the silly prices.

In my opinion Starbucks tastes better BUT Costa is generally cheaper so it evens out. Decent coffee, smoothies are usually quite sour though.

Love Costa, regular visitors, unfortunately on this occasion the order wasn't quite right, however after a brief conversation with a staff member it was quickly rectified!

Great place to catch up with friends. Lovely cosy atmosphere, could stay there all day. Nice hot chocolates, and they cater for my gluten intolerance.
