First time visiting Frankie and Benny's with a friend. We were politely welcomed to a seat and asked if we would like anything to drink before the waitress left. We asked for some time to decide what we wanted to order. The waitress returned promptly after serving customers who were ready to order.

A trip to the cinema brought us here first,quick service and food was lovely,Meg our waitress was very polite and friendly, best service I have had here in a while

Bit pricey but the children ate for free and are given colouring pencils, an activity book and a balloon. Food arrived quickly and was hot. They also have one of my favourite beers on draught :)

The server/manager was fantastic. Such a lovely guy and really friendly. Drinks came quick which is normally the slowest thing. First time back for a while......still great food, with fantastic staff!!

We visited on a very busy Saturday night, arriving without booking and the staff warned us there would be a 20 minute wait for a table. In the end it was about 15 minutes before we could be seated. We were quite lucky we arrived when we did as people arriving soon after were turned away as the place
