went to cocoa for afternoon tea, after popping in several times before, and it was one of the nicest afternoon teas I've had (I've had a few!!!) The sandwiches, made with cocoa bread I think, were delicious so too were the sausage roll (these are the bits that you'd think would be not there strength) but the best bit was the chocolate dessert and chocolate scone (og course!) overall one of the best I've had, would recommend for any special occasion or a afternoon catch up!

recomended by friends and thought " why not". Only went in for a quick coffee. No chance, any permutation of coffee and chocolate was available. Cakes looked good and tasted even better. Having a chocolatier and a baker on the same premises means either loads of calories, or you have died and gone to heaven. Either way it was well worth the visit,we shall go again and will recomend to chocolate fans and FB friends

Had my very first afternoon tea here on 22nd Oct. It was gorgeous. The food was brilliant... chocolate cake to die for and gorgeous sausage rolls. Really unusual sandwiches though. Cocoa bread! Never seen anything quite like it but oh so lovely. Fantastic staff who were very attentive and helpful. All round fantastic experience. Would highly recommend anyone trying it. I doubt you'd be disappointed. First class!

Myself and my husband had Valentine's Afternoon Tea at Cocoa's this afternoon and both of us agreed it was one of the best Valentine's we've ever had! The food was freshly made and delicious with plenty to tempt you! The service was fantastic and the staff are lovely and friendly and happily boxed up what I couldn't manage to finish! Lovely treat and excellent value. Can't wait for our next visit.

Today, me and my wife had a peanut butter brownie and an almond blonde and it was the best thing I ever have eaten...seriously......I was contemplating walking back 3 miles to buy the same thing to eat over again! Cannot recommend the brownies anymore!

Another sweet Trinity Market venue: the chocolate itself was a bit too pricey, so I got an Orange Hot Chocolate that was ideal for the cold December afternoon.

If you are looking for a treat and have a sweet tooth, have a trip to Trinity Market in Hull and try Cocoa Chocolatier & Bakery. Made on site, these absolutely delicious and beautifully presented treats are a joy to behold. Having visited and purchased a double chocolate cookie sandwich the previous day for my son, we had to make a second trip so he could get another. After he reluctantly agreed to give me a taste, I can honestly say this is the best Cookie I have ever tasted. (I will be buying one for myself next time as I could get a second bite) We also purchased a caramel scotch egg, which looks as amazing as it tastes and a vanilla cheesecake which was to die for. They also have a selection of brownies, flapjacks, beautifully handmade chocolates and a selection of Coffees. Throw in an amazing sausage roll and you have something for those who don’t have a sweet tooth. Trinity Market is a great place to support local, independent stalls and Cocoa Chocolatier & Bakery is definitely one that you should visit.

My son and his partner have just open a new unit next door to what can only be described as a Chocolate Heaven ! So naturally, why wouldn’t you, bought me a box of their superb delights for my Birthday ! They are scrumptious ! Look like a work of art and taste absolutely divine ! No dry aftertaste that spoils most big box cheaper brands. These are the real chocolate deal, quality ingredient, worth giving up rest & savoring only the best ! Thank you Cocoa for making my Birthday just that little bit extra special !

Ordered the “Trinity Feast” boxes - one for myself and one for my boyfriend. They were a real treat!! So many different things to eat and all delicious. It was the best lunch we’ve ever had. Delivery was excellent and came within the estimated time which was great. I also ordered some extra brownies and chocolates which will be enjoyed at a later date! Will definitely be ordering again.

After struggling to find somewhere to have lunch we stumbled upon Cocoa in trinity market . Quite frankly the best lunch we have had ....... Ever . The sausage rolls were fresh and so tasty followed up by Carrot cake which was freshly baked and full of fruit nuts and loveliness cheesecake again fresh and light yet creamy and deliciously smooth. The cappuccinos were great at a drinkable temperature and a really good flavor. Amazing can't wait for next time !

The chocolate and fudge here is to die for. Their products are complimented with excellent staff, making this shop a true gem. The lady working was incredibly friendly and patient in helping us decide what to buy from their fantastic range of chocolate and fudge. To top it off they also use local coffee from The Blending Room, including "guest roasts" which did not disappoint.

My favourite chocolate shop. Great selection of individual handmade chocolates. Amazing cakes and brownies. Great prices. If we ever get back to normality the chocolate making class is well worth doing.

The best hot chocolate and brownies in Hull, and check out their beautiful Christmas themed treats. Their handmade chocolates are also amazing, a great treat.
