Hands down the best curry house in Hull. Never had a bad meal from here and the staff are really friendly!
It’s a “bring your own alcohol” place and there’s a handy off licence next door for that.
Great prices too - especially on a Monday and Tuesday when you can get 4 courses for £11.95!
Great food, big menu. Helpful staff. Even better I live local so no need for a taxi home. Reasonable prices too. Would recommend you at least try it once.
First time been tonight with my partner. I'm really fussy with trying new food but my god... was that amazing!!!!! Tables were set lovely, the staff gave us a heater because we was cold from walking to the restaurant, all the food was piping hot, we was waited on hand and foot and we didn't wait long between our starter and our main. Absolutely lovely food, nice relaxing place & brilliant staff. I also liked the hand wipe we got given at the end, it smelt lovely & got given to us while it was warm.
Will definitely be coming again and recommending it to everyone. � thankyou! X
Go to Alachi about once a month with 3 friends and have the Tuesday night 4 course special and great value for money.
The chicken tikka starter is a particular favourite for 2 of us and then I normally have chicken korma which is gorgeous.

Tried Alachi for the second time last night as my first visit was great. Last night was even better. Absolutely lovely food. Some restaurants think a Korma needs to be really bland but the korma made for me last night was amazing - mild but full of flavour. The chef even explained to me how he made it. A great selection of different types of Naan breads and the ones we got were really nice. My boyfriend had a Madras and he thought that was excellent too. Staff are really friendly, welcoming and polite. And the food is really good value for the quality. Would really recommend this restaurant and am looking forward to going again.

Delicious food, generous portions and good value. The staff are all wonderful and make us feel valued every time we eat there. You can take your own alcohol which is brilliant! The restaurant itself is decorated nicely with nice Indian music playing in the background. Everyone in my family loves Alachi, it's always such a treat to go there :)
Wow just wow!!! 7 course banquet for 20 each is amazing value. Well recommended for all! Will be back as always as all staff are so welcoming! Food excellent as always

Fantastic food and great choice to choose from , far to much steven in the main meal that I had to ask for a doggie bag to take home all the left overs , it's bring ur own drinks as there is no bar however they do serve soft drinks ... give it a try you won't be disappointed

It is so good currently sat here eating what you could only call a feast the staff are friendly and accommodating and the food is cooked perfectly just make sure your really hungry ��

Lovely food! we had the special which is valid on Mondays and Tuesdays which was £14.95. You could have Poppadoms, starter, main with rice or naan and a coffee or ice cream and we even had chocolates when the bill came and we'll definitely be back as BYO too made it great value.
The food has always been excellent for us, whether dining in or having takeaway. Staff are amazing, polite and efficient. Interior is lovely and very clean. Good Covid rules are being followed including customers having a 2 hour time-slot. The menu has so much choice and there is something for all tastes and varying spice levels. We also love that we can take our own wine! Thanks Alachi for consistently providing us with great food and service.

Great food service is good but slight mistake when asked to take home surplus sauce. But still great service especially from martin who is a true gent. Atmosphere is great as they play northern soul all night.
Ordered through just eat. They said food would be ready at 8pm , and it was. Honestly the Indian curry I've had in Hull. I opted for the lamb rogan josh. It was awesome they got the spices just right. Not too overpowering. Will definitely be having my future Indian curries from here. Well done chef 👏. You've gained me as a customer.
Have been here a few times. It's always a go to place for a girls night out. This time we picked from a set menu. (four courses). This meal was up to its usual standard of high quality. Good service and always with a smile and a have you enjoyed your meal. Waiting staff always very polite and can't do enough for you.
