The restaurant was quiet the day we went because the weather was appalling. The ladies were really welcoming and really didn’t rush us. We had a delay in a member of our party arriving and they were really patient. The food was delicious. It was more pricier than other places I have been to for afternoon tea but as it was for a belated 50th birthday treat we splurged that little bit more.

Had a smashing afternoon tea here with a lovely wedge of Lemon 🍋 and curd filling sponge cake, which was amazing. Plenty of other choice if this is not for you. This place is a little Gem just off the quay. Climb a few stairs, to be greeted by friendly and hard working staff. We would highly recommend the cobbles. Thank you. We'd definitely use this again.

Such a wonderful find, a traditional tea rooms so rare to find these days, in the heart of Kings Lynn. Family run, very welcoming and such a lovely Tea Room fitted out perfectly. Has a beautiful charm, very much what you would have seen in Upstairs downstairs or in To the Manor Born. You should be very proud of what you have accomplished here. Very tasty homemade cakes and traditional English Breakfast Tea. Although a huge choice of others like Coffee and Latte. Thank you. I can highly recommend it here!

Warm cheese scone with chilli jam was lovely as was the coffee and walnut cake and raspberry Victoria sponge. Our dog was given a bowl of water. The staff were friendly and engaging.

Had a 'high tea' - I had pre booked yet they had run out of fillings, no egg sandwiches. Tea was very weak, service slow- they did apologise as short staffed but at £22 you'd expect better

This was recommended to us. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly. The food was delicious though quite pricey . Perfect for a special treat or a celebration tea.

The tea rooms are found up a flight of stairs above the Citizens advice centre. We were welcomed in and directed to a table, chose drinks from the menu which were served to the table. Blue and white china teacups and saucers and silver teapots and cream jug.
