I'm sad I went my whole life not knowing this place existed. There's the amazing scene of fresh cooked waffles, the friendly and hilarious staff, and the dessert: waffles with choice of ice cream and all kinds of toppings in a cup. I got the banoffee, get that one! This place was a resounding succes

Fantastic! One of my favourite places to eat in Lynn. Whenever my girlfriend is in town, her only request is for us to eat here. The crispy M&M milkshake goes down a treat!

Waffleoppolis is such a great shop with a chilled atmosphere and such an array of delicious treats. Staff are always lovely and helpful. I'm just sad there aren't more of the stores around! Luxe milkshakes are incredible in particular :)
Been here a few times now and they never fail to deliver great service always friendly and smiley, and very helpful not mention great ice cream waffles and they have the best milkshakes in town
First time I've been there for myself and kids ,thought it was fairly pricey but after getting the waffles I realised they arnt bad for the money .
Personally I thought 1 waffle was plenty with the ice cream and the toppings it was all a very nice sweetie experience for us .
