We're unable to get a table on Sunday evening as venue was full but returned the following. We had signed up with Prezzo and received a complimentary bottle of white house wine. The courses were very good and there was plenty of choice. My pizza was huge. Service was efficient and staff were very helpful. King's Lynn on a Monday night was very quiet and we were grateful that Prezzo were open.
Relaxed, friendly, calm service, good team, both front of house & kitchen. Totally reliable menu choices. Burrata could have had longer out of the fridge as very cold which dulls the flavour.
Super friendly service and helped us get our food quickly when they realised we had time pressure.
Easy place with lots of outdoor seating on the main square in the centre. Great selection of dishes. Pizzas and pastas are very generous
A place we regularly visit. Messed up on one main dish but corrected the problem. Rest of meal nice!

Venue is well placed in the King's Lynn Town Centre, right off from the central car park.
Venue itself is well decorated and lit, similar to all other Prezzo National Chain Restaurants around the country.
Prezzo itself always seem a touch more expensive for the same experience as Bella Italia / Pizza Express.
The food was lovely, and well cooked, I can recommend the Pizza Calzone's and the regular pizza's. Large Pizza's are huge! So have a big appetite if you order one!
The staff are very polite and helpful.
The only reason for 4 star is the slightly higher prices and the positioning for the central bar which is right at the front of this venue, meaning the coffee machine can be very loud when used for the dinning area.

Had a lovely meal celebrating my 70th birthday. I had Salmon pasta, mu husband calcined both really enjoyed our choice.

An authentic Italian restaurant. Warm and cozy atmosphere. Very tasty dishes, specially their wonderful pastas. The pizzas are also very nice.
