Staff are a bit inexperienced but then it's only just opened up so you've got to give them chance to train up other than that it's always clean and the staff are polite.
Not a single tube train to be found which made me late for work.
However the Italian BMT more than made up for it!!
Clean and tidy staff polite and as always food A1 but the seating area was freezing cold not what you needed on a day like today

Nice staff but no fillings made up for sandwiches ,and the drinks machine for refill drinks was broken
