I've visited this place several times while visiting relatives and thought it would be good to have my say.
π Spacious, clean, tidy and shiny new.
π All on the flat, so great for disabled access and parking right out front.
π Has a drive-through - my mind is still processing; we now have that!
π Has lots of indoor seating, outdoor seating and accessible disabled toilets.
π Has a great selection of snacks and goodies as well as the standard Costa menu of coffee.
π I visited at quiet times, but I can imagine this place getting VERY busy.
π I took a star off for personal reasons ( maybe unfair, but it's what I feel) - the staff.
I did not feel particularly welcome, and the apathy of the staff was similar on every visit.
ππ On My last visit, I bought a huge coffee that cost around Β£7.
My husband waited in the car.
I struggled to get the lid on after adding my sweetener (I have cognitive issues and epilepsy, which affects my abilities). I tried but the lid was tricky.
I got embarrassed, so I left without properly securing it and I was hardly out the door when I spilt the whole coffee everywhere, including over myself.
My husband encouraged me to go for another and I did.
Now it was perfectly obvious I had had a mishap and I asked for the same again whilst telling the girl I had spilt the last one.
It was my fault, but had that been my business I would have hoped my staff would apply a bit of empathy to the situation and even give me a wee discount.
In fact I just got the same apathetic attitude I've now come to expect in the shop.
So, great shop shame about the staff.
This Costa is well laid out, contemporary and has very friendly, professional staff. The location is ideal for passers and it is always busy. I enjoy the food and cake selection along with the usual Costa range of drinks. I also use the App to build points and then treat myself and my friends to a coffee every now and then.
The location is central in that it is beside a dual carriageway on the confluence of KIlwinning and Stevenston. The store is always clean and well maintained.
Great for coffee just could not sit in at this time might have something to do with school holidays can be very popular
Trusted place. Live a porridge and a cinnamon roll in the morning. Some of the young people working there are absolutely passionate about their job and do brilliantly
Amazing team of people in here. I am here every morning to start my day with work and Heather (Store Manager) and the team are incredibly personable and make your day with how they take a personal approach. Well done Heather!
It was drive through just for coffee. Great service from lovely girls.
Lovely coffee, great wee place to sit and chill out. Sofa could have been a bit cleaner, loads of crumbs on it. Apart from that, staff & service very nice. Had food also, warm, tasty and very quick

Pass this costa quite often . Staff are always cheery and helpful
Perfect after a busy day just to pop in and relax, staff are very friendly and take the time to get to know you, so that when you return they know exactly what you want to drink and exactly how you like it, lovely atmosphere very busy but they still make time for the customers

Most pleasant costa team in west of Scotland!! We do go for our small decaffeinated coffee in a bigger cup but itβs really because the team are absolutely charming!!!
