Had been a long while since I had a KFC, and this was a treat for me. The place was clean and tidy. New ordering system for me, with delivery to your table, nice. Only thing is you still have to get up for your condiments. Food was good for me on this visit.
Food and atmosphere where good. Service was a little slow at lunch and no line. Possible online orders. The only thing I would say if you have Sensitive skin don't use the handsoap in bathroom. My skin broke out.
I'm sure this has to be one of the best KFCs ever! Food always fresh & delicious. Service always fast & efficient. Staff always pleasant. The only let down is the ladies loos. Dirty floor, unstable (unsafe) & wobbly loo seats.
Always been very happy with the food and service at the Kilmarnock branch and that was no exception tonight. We were told right away we would be waiting around 15 minutes for our meal, which was fine and without asking or making an kind of complaint we were given free drinks, free large popcorn chicken and free ice cream for the kids by Kerri. The food was out before 15 minutes, was piping hot and tasty. Great customer service and is why we go there regularly.
Drive through 3rd Sept for dinner best zinger I’ve had in a long time was delicious.

Love the staff and service here. Yet to get a bad takeaway here. The staff ALWAYS remember the sauces.
