Great Restaurant. I have had a meal here 3 times now and each time have been delighted with the food and the service. Great atmosphere and surroundings and the garden outside the Inn is always immaculate.
GORDON GILLESPIE. Had dinner at the weekend, seven adults, all different choices eaten, everybody thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Excellent service, great atmosphere, we`ll certainly be back for more. Nice country pub / restaurant, i would recommend this as a great place to eat if you are in the Kilmarnock area.
Loved it. This is the 3rd time we have been and there is nothing to complain about the price is really good for the quality of food and the staff are all very plesent the whole experiance is great
Never disappoints. Food cooked to perfection very friendly and helpful staff.
You want to change an item of your meal, rice or mash for chips say, no problem.
It's not "fine dining", just good food, nicely presented in really pleasant surroundings.
Breakfast at the weekend is great too. It looks quiet but we were first to arrive on a Tuesday evening, but more customers arrived steadily.

I went to the Cochrane Inn last week for lunch with my Mum and Papa and we had a wonderful time. It was the first visit for me and my mum but my papa had been before and highly recommended it. We ordered our meal which arrived promptly and smelled delicious. The portion sizes were massive and tasted fantastic. I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is lovely.

We met family for dinner this was my first visit. This is a lovely cosy place. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The food was lovely a d the portion size was perfect. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will certainly be returning.

Delicious food with prompt and attentive service particularly impressive as we hadn't booked and the restaurant was already busy. Lovely welcoming atmosphere for ourselves and our children. Really impressed.
Service was great, food was delicious. Only slight problem was we felt that there wasn't much room. Especially as one of our party had a cup of tea which came with teapot cup sugar and milk. Add three soft drinks and four large plates and it was I smidge cramped. That said it certainly wouldn't put us off going again and again.
Just had an amazing meal there. Tasted great and decent portion size too. Staff were super friendly. Pure pleasure!
Lovely food couldn't ask for better. Decent size portions staff are very efficient. Prices reasonable .I have had several family meals here all very enjoyable. I would recommend to anyone and have done. . .

This is just a great place to visit. Menu is superb. Brilliant choice of dishes and served very tastefully. The staff are wonderful and help to make the experience most memorable. Of course we will be back in the future.
This has become one of our favourite restaurants. The food is very good, served by very friendly and attentive staff. Finally, and importantly, prices on the whole are reasonable, with the exception being the cost of a scoop of ice cream which can only be described as ridiculous.

Staff were brilliant, without prompting, they brought the dessert out for the birthday girl wi us and started singing happy birthday. Great service. Food was also brilliant
